Authentic Molokai Sea Salt with Kauai Rum

The Hawaiian Islands have long since cultivated sugarcane and the sweet tradition can be found in the different rums produced on the islands. Our Koloa Salt is infused with a local, Kauai dark rum to give a hint of color and a warm hint of sweetness to our local sea salts.

Use our Koloa Salt just as you would any coarse sea salt. It can add a bit of caramelization to your favorite dishes that share their own natural sweetness such as pork or fish, for desserts, and even a cocktail rim or two.
