Seasoning Blend for Vegetables

Roasted vegetables have got to be one of the easiest side dishes you can make. Chop up your favorite veggies, add some olive oil and herbs, and pop them in a hot oven. Less than an hour later you have a colorful, caramelised, and aromatic, tray of healthy goodness.

We blend together Thyme, Rosemary, Mediterranean Oregano, Fennel seeds, Garlic, Lemon Peel for a perfect complement to your favorite veggies. Combine with carrots, potatoes, sweet potatoes, turnips, butternut squash, onions, asparagus, etc. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with some salt and pepper and roast at 425ºF for 30 minutes or until tender.
